Product Introduction
Jinguoyuan inshell chestnut sorting machine is designed for both in-shell chestnuts and shelled chestnuts. The principle of our sorter work is with exclusive conveyor rollers, which ensure will be conveyed one by one. Beneficial from the special roller design, each of the nuts rotates when passing through, our high resolution industrial grade camaras take adequate photos to inspect whether the chestnut was damaged, eroded, air dried or rotten. Under exclusive JGY 5th FPGA fusion algorithm and deep learning system, chestnuts of different qualities will be ejected to corresponding exit during one-time sorting.

Due to chestnut sorting machine is very large, usually it will be module packed with large durable pallet and covered stretch film to ensure good condition during long-term ocean shipment. For other small parts, they're packed into multi-layer corrugated boxes.
